Reservation POLICY -
Thank you for choosing the Island House as your home away from home.

OUR CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT IS BY 11:00 am.
For a more efficient check-in process, we kindly request that if you plan on visiting us on weekends during the summer you consider arriving after our busiest period, which occurs between 4 and 6pm. This will help expedite the check-in procedure.
Our office hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. seven days a week. If you need to check in after 11pm call for instructions.
Island House Condo Hotel- Policies and Terms
We require 3 night's stay for all reservations in the summer season, Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends.

All rates are subject to change.
No hidden cleaning fees or resort fees.
MUST BE 25 TO RESERVE ROOM.
All rates subject to state and local taxes, which is currently 15%.
Processing fees are charges at 3.5% to CC holder.
Rates include daily towel service and trash removal.
25% of the total room and taxes is due at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Notice prior to arrival to cancel, 60 days for major holidays and monthly rentals to receive a return on deposit.
Cancellation prior to 30 days of check in will inquire a fee of $35. Deposit minus fee will be returned.
Cancellation with in the 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit.
Discounts will only be offered outside of Summer, Spring Break and Easter.
We guarantee rooms with in 60-days of arrival.
All units have basic cooking and serving utensils along with all linens. If you will be enjoying the beach or the pool, please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Any damages or missing items, rather intentionally or not, will be the responsibility of the person named on the reservation. Fair replacement value or repair(s) will be charged to the credit card on file.
Lastly, Island House is a NO PET and NO SMOKING in UNITS property.
Violators will be charged up to $1500 and may be asked to leave the property.
Also, no grilling permitted on balconies, patio or grass areas only in designated area.
You may also be asked to leave if you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed by fire safety regulations and/or display any disorderly conduct i.e. excessively loud music, drunken behavior, aggressiveness towards staff, fighting etc.
